CANCELLATION WARNING

This is not a post I like to make however I have to make it perfectly clear to everyone. If you can cancel within the 24hr notice period or no show for your appointment in the month of December you will be required to pay the full amount before we will issue another. There will be no exceptions! So far this morning in the last 24hrs I've had 3 cancellations and John's first dog hasn't even bothered to show up 🤬 this is simply not acceptable. We turn people away in December as we don't have space.

Do the decent thing and give us plenty of notice to try and fill the space.

THIS IS OUR LIVELY HOOD AND WAGES FOR ALL OF US IN DECEMBER DETERMINE WHETHER OF NOT WE HAVE MONEY TO TAKE TIME OFF TO BE WITH OUR FAMILIES!

To say I'm annoyed is an understatement 🤬

We have a new groomer on the team 👏 as many of you will have seen Tayla has been with us for the last couple of years as a part time Bather. Im glad to say she has finally picked up the scissors and is now taking bookings. Tayla will be grooming full-time ✂️

Course of 5 half hour sessions £125 normally £28 each! Recommended for dogs with established tartar build up and gum inflammation. £15 for maintenance treatments once tartar and inflammation has been removed.
