*IMPORTANT NOTICE*

Unfortunately i have had a huge flare up with my back over the last two days and i am really struggling to even stand. I suffer with two pr*****ed discs in my spine and mild scoliosis and these flare ups often occur but never this bad!

I do not want to cancel any appointments as i will be unable to reschedule them until the new year, especially so close to christmas! Therefore i am still going to be working, however if i am suffering too much as the day goes on i will be cancelling your appointment as i can’t physically work if im unable to stand.

I just wanted to give all my clients the heads up. I am trying everything i can to ease the pain and get on the mend so fingers crossed it won’t come to any cancellations. If i do not contact you then please come to your appointment as normal.

Please note all curly coated breeds will be made priority to avoid matting.

IT’S OPEN DAY TOMORROW🙌🏼

I’m so excited to start my new adventure in my new shop and even more excited for you and all your pups to see it🤎💚
I’ve put so much effort into making it the perfect pampering place for all of your doggies but please bear with me as it’s not quite finished yet and still needs all its finishing touches as i only had a short time to get it all ready🐩🥰

I land back from my hols tomorrow guys!

Adjustment to Pricing

I would like to inform all my clients about an upcoming change in my pricing, effective from the 1st October when i begin working in my new shop!

After careful consideration i have decided to adjust my grooming service prices to ensure that i can continue to provide the best quality care for your fur babies. This adjustment reflects on the movement of premises and increase in overheads. It is also due to rising costs of quality grooming products and my commitment to maintaining the highest standards in my services.

I want to make sure that i am charging a fair price and in line with other local groomers to ensure i am not doing myself and others a disservice.

I will also be adding a late collection fee. I hate to have to do this but unfortunately i have to as i am a dog groomer and not a dog sitter and any longer than 30 minutes to collect your dog requires a fee of £10 added to their groom.

I want to assure all my clients that i have worked hard to keep any essential increase reasonable as i know it can be a concern.

I appreciate your understanding and can’t thank you all enough for your continued support🤍

WE’RE MOVING🔑

I’ve been waiting so long to share the most amazing news with you all… Ems Groom Room is moving!

Im so proud and pleased to tell you all that i have received the keys to a new premises (based in Scawthorpe). I couldn’t have achieved any of this without the support of you all🫶🏼

I’m looking forward to making new memories and meeting new furry friends on this fabulous journey.
I’m so grateful that i get to call the thing i love doing most ‘work’ and i can’t thank you all enough for trusting me with your fur babies time and time again.

I will be working at my current shop whilst we get the new one sorted and ready for business so if you are unsure where your appointment will be don’t hesitate to drop me a message and i will confirm this for you.

I’m hoping to be up and running by the 1st October🙏🏼

Let this brand new and exciting chapter begin and i hope to see all those regular faces and fingers crossed new faces when we open✨🤍

Hi everyone!

My work phone is currently broken so if you have tried to call/text i’m not ignoring anyone i can’t see them! I’ve taken it into the shop today to be fixed but may take a couple of days. This means i won’t be able to take any card payments whilst it’s broken so if you have an appointment within the next few days it will be cash/bank transfer only!

This video really hit me in the feels today! Our job can be so deflating at times which is so sad when it’s such an amazing job to have! Thankfully it’s very rare i ever come across owners like this and i have the best clients but it can happen and has happened to me in the past and it’s really sad!
Please understand this is our job and although we love it, it’s our only source of income so please bare that in mind and remember we only want the best for your dogs!❤️
