The Essentials balm is an absolute necessity for your dogs care kit, working on many skin types to restore skin health & promote healing for a number of conditions & issues. With natural, lick safe ingredients this balm helps with rashes, scratches, insect bites, severe dry skin, hot pots and allergies.
Now with the addition of Watermelon Seed oil & Rosehip Seed oil we have boosted those fatty acids to help keep the skin hydrated & healthy. Watermelon Seed also contains antioxidants increasing the balms skin cell protection, whilst the Rosehip powers up the balms anti-inflammatory properties.
To make our balm vegan we have switched from Bees wax to Sunflower Seed wax which is naturally rich in fatty acids & Vitamin A, D & E. We have also changed our look not only to offer more information but now all our stickers are made with vegan friendly inks and adhesive!

There are a lot of generic skincare products for dogs made in huge batches, using a lot of cheap, overcomplicated & unnatural ingredients that create this grey area on whether your helping or harming your dog.
Now there are some long worded and unusual ingredients that can be used, but this doesn’t necessarily mean they’re bad. A company with your dogs well-being at heart will always be transparent on the ingredients they use, & will jump through hoops to create a product that is safe for your dog & free from nasties!
Whilst we care for our dogs & what we put on their skin, it is also important to care about our planet, for the well-being of the wild ones & our own health too. Look out for products that have no effort towards being eco-friendly & using ingredients that are not necessary but detrimental to our environment such as palm oil 🌿
