Yesterday I relaxed in the sun. After having a manicure and some blood taken. My blood results are OK. No change since November. But I need to put on weight. However the vet said I can have what I want and no longer on just a renal diet. But if I don't eat some renal food. It will make my kidneys worse.😽

A belated Merry Christmas to everyone. Thank you Auntie Karen, Nanny Lynda and Nanny Sue. Not forgetting mummy and daddy for my presents. Normally not allowed in front garden due to lots of other cats and noises. With my stress related cystitis, I'm only allowed out the back garden. Well with no other cats about. I was allowed to explore as daddy took Christmas lights down.😸

!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Missy update !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Results from the blood specialist. There is no reason for her to be enimic as it's non regenative. They have put it down to her kidney disease. Pancreas and vitamin levels are normal. Missy will now be put on a diet to help her kidneys. It's a hydroxide protein diet with a specially designed food. She has to have a gel rubbed on her ear to stimulate appetite. She will have to be weaned of her normal food and the only food she can have is her special food. No more fish fingers, Treats or other food at all. She had another routine blood test today. Her enimic levels are stable and her weight is now stable. She has to back next month for a check up.

!!!!!!!!!!! Update from Missy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im home now. But very unhappy with my bald belly new look. Mummy and daddy have creeping to do. I mean its chilly now. The scan revealed there is no lumps or tumours in her kidneys, Liver or pancreas. She does however have kidney disease and intestinal disease which has caused intestines to thicken. Which isn't properly digesting food.She has become more enimic in the past week. Some bloods have been sent to a specialist, But lymphoma can't be ruled out. Once results come back. A plan for treatment and diet etc will be worked out.

!!!!!!!!!!! Update on Missy !!!!!!!!
Me and Tasha have just collected her from the vets. Where she had another blood test and a urine test/pancreatic snap. She has been diagnosed with medium kidney disease. She is level 2 out of 4. Her pancreas is abnormal. She requires a abdominal scan on Thursday. After the scan this will determine her treatment/diet procedure. This as well as being diagnosed enimic. However due to her a age sedation is a risk to her. Thank you everyone who has messaged and commented. Your support means alot.x

......UPDATE...........
Missy had her blood test results back. She is enimic with a low blood cell count. Which can be controlled. However they think there is other issues as her liver and kidney levels are a concern. This could mean she has either chronic kidney disease/failure or/possibly liver failure. She needs to have further tests tomorrow and then will know more. Down the line she needs a stomach scan which she will need to sedated for. Due to being an older cat she may not come round from it. I have only posted the basics of what's happening. Will update tomorrow.

Had my six monthly booster and a manicure. Which was good. But vet and daddy and mummy are concerned about my weight. I've lost 1.5 kg in six months. Vet thinks it's my age . So daddy has made the tough decision for me to have a blood test to check several things. Poor daddy had to pay £185 for this. Hoping results are good.😽

It's sunny outside but to chilly for me. So moved mummy's stuff of the sofa and indoor sun bathing.😺
