Meet Lola -

🐾 Lola is 6yrs old, ex-breeding female cocker spaniel who will be spayed next week prior to rehoming.

🐾 Lola will also have up to date vaccines, flea and worm treatment and rescue back up.

🐾 Lola is anxious at first but warms up quickly. She likes tennis ball and will be able to be off lead once she has a relationship with her new humans.

🐾 Lola is crate trained, has previously been kennelled with no problems and travels well. She is good with other dogs, but has shown minor issues when other dogs have approached her on her foster humans lap. Lola would be ok as an only dog I think, and could live with other dogs providing she’s introduced slowly.

🐾 There is a rehoming fee - these help us to help future fosters and pay for food, vaccines and health checks as a minimum for each foster

Ok so I admired Charlie Kirk for speaking his mind in a very snowflake scattered world…. I can’t say I agree with all he said but on the other hand I agreed with a fair amount of what he believed. Ultimately this just proves that in today’s times you cannot have an “opinion” without fear of something like this happening. Ultimately he paid that price leaving behind a wife and two young children. What has this world come to where we can’t debate differences of opinions ?

Can you give our gorgeous girl Maggie the forever home she deserves? 🐾💙

Maggie is a beautiful 12-month-old German Shepherd who was on track to become a very good Police Dog. Sadly, her hip x-rays didn’t meet the very high standard required for police work — but she’ll make a truly wonderful companion pet!

We’re now looking for a loving, active home for Maggie. Ideally, we’d love someone with experience handling large, energetic dogs. Maggie is confident, playful, and very friendly — and she’s great with children too!

She’ll thrive in a home where she gets plenty of attention, playtime, and mental stimulation in a secure garden. For that reason, we’re not looking to place her in a home simply to keep another dog company. Maggie also wouldn’t be suited to a home with cats.
