Hi Everyone. Wishing you all a happy bank holiday weekend.

Boarding season is well underway and we’ve got a busy summer ahead.
Can I just politely remind everyone that any home boarding bookings require a 50% non refundable deposit and has to be paid within 2 days of enquiry/trial, otherwise these dates will be offered out. I’m
Incredibly busy with the boarding so this helps me plan both work and private life.

Grooming….. can I please ask that if you need to cancel your appointment that you respectfully give me at least 24 hours notice so I have a chance to fill the space.
Also can I please ask that your on time for drop off and collection? I run a very structured day and quite often when I’m put behind, my daycare/boarding dogs miss out on a walk or I end up missing out on my lunch and much needed rest
