Very proud of our little “Super Sparks” team yesterday at the Jump n Touch Team Event💙

2 wins from myself & Spirit
a 2nd from Becky & Khey
a 3rd from Kayleigh & Zira
& 2 clear rounds by Hilary & Ziggy

We finished 4th out of 13 teams!
Not bad for the new kids on the block💙😂

Massive thank you to the ladies organising the event. We had a blast!💙⚡️

💙⚡️This week marks 3 years of Blue Spark Agility! ⚡️💙

The memories made in this time I will never forget. From training up my puppy (Spirit) to watching students I’ve had since the beginning now in finals and climbing grades. The people I’ve met, opportunities I’ve had & dogs I’ve got play with along the way make me an incredibly lucky person. The club has grown so much & I can’t wait to see where it takes me next.

As always thanks to Kat for supporting us & housing us! Massive thank you to Sally & Hayley, my steeplechase helping team extraordinaires, your support means the world to me. & to everyone who’s come to a lesson, thank you & let’s keep enjoying every minute of working with our incredible dogs💙⚡️

This weeks Super Sparks!💙⚡️

The last Blue Spark Steeplechase of 2024 last weekend was a great showcase of the hard work everyone’s put in this year. As always, I had so much fun watching and cheering you all on. A few of our rosette winners below! 💙 Do share any others⬇️

In addition, massive well done to Becky & Khey for winning your first strike towards grade 3!
Ziggy for coming away with a pair of 2nd places! Spirit won her jumping this morning, half way to grade 6!💙⚡️

Team Blue Spark coming back from Iconix with a smile on our faces💙

Well done to Kayleigh with Zira & Teasel for coming away with a variety of placings over huge, challenging courses. Skills training certainly paying off, you looked amazing!⚡️

Massive congratulations to Becky & Khey for winning up to grade 2. Not only that, it meant they qualified for the ‘Emergent Talent Final’. For their first final, performing infront of a crowd, they handled themselves beautifully. Making their way round the course super fast, only incurring 10f for a hiccup at the weaves. Immensely proud of you both💙

Finally, Spirit & I won our grade 4 jumping qualifying us for the 4-7 finals! My youngster Spirit is only 2, the stunning course was well beyond what we’ve seen so far on our journey but skills training paid off & I’m ecstatic with the run. Only incurring faults for a very hard weave entry. (I will post the video to the blue spark story for those interested💙)

Pleased to say my little Callie and her partner Jet have qualified for Crufts in the YKC Pairs after winning our qualifier this weekend! Super happy all my doggies will get to make an appearance on the green carpet next year! Bring it on💙💚

💚We’re off to Crufts 2025!💚

Spirit won both her Pairs & her Jumping Cup qualifier! Cais won his graduate qualifier!
These two 2 year olds have shown me incredible skills today & I can’t wait to show them off on the green carpet!💙⚡️

Special mention to Kayleigh & Zira for winning up to grade 4 (already!) & your 4th with Teasel! Super proud of you😊

⚡️Katie & Risk win strike 3 on their way to grade 7 💙 Kayleigh & Zira win Strike 1 & 2 in their grade 3 agilities! Teasel comes home with a 3rd & 4th⚡️Sally & Cais congratulations on your 2nd place in your jumping💙 Ghost came to see what all the fuss was about, thank you for your support, hope you enjoyed it! ⚡️ My Callie won the c6-7 Jumping & Spirit takes the win in her 2 jumping runs⚡️

First Blue Spark Steeplechase of the year done!💙 ⚡️

Look at some of our gorgeous rosette winners from this morning!

Massive well done to everyone who competed! It was the first time coming for lots of you and you all looked amazing! Lots of you even achieving your first clear rounds!💙

⚡️The progress is incredible from one competition to the next! Twiglet, the spaniel cross, has to take the title for most improved! My timing team could not believe it was the same dog!⚡️

💙I hope this morning gave you all lots of confidence and you enjoyed it as much as I did💙

Big thank you to my help team as always. Would not run as smoothly and relaxed without you💙⚡️

Congratulations to Kayleigh & Zira for winning up to Grade 2 today, a super bright future ahead for you guys💙 Becky & Khey came to their first KC show today & achieved 2nd place in their jumping⚡️Katie & Risk take their 2nd win on their way to grade 7💙 Spirit wins her jumping & Callie wins her grade 7 Jumping & 2nd in her agility, building confidence in the lead up to Crufts! ⚡️

Last show of the year & you guys made the most of it!💙⚡️

Sally & Cais won their agility taking them to Grade 3. Spirit wins 2 jumpings and her agility edging closer to grade 4. Teasel brought home a 2nd place & Ziggy & Millie brought in some 3rds!

I’ll be back on my phone responding to messages again from tomorrow so if you’re waiting to hear from me I’ll be on it asap💙

Olympia (Not Olympia) Small Semi Finals💜 Very proud of my little Callie today. I held my nerve and produced a run I’m super proud of! Not the clear we wanted but we surely attacked it and I loved the open course getting to see that sheltie power!!💜💙⚡️

Feeling very proud after yesterdays training. Some awesome weave entries, new skills learnt & others starting to put skills together in sequence! 💙⚡️ Here’s Chloe & her Terrier x Collie, Nelly. They started their agility journey at the end of January as complete beginners and have really taken to it! So proud of these two! Well done & thanks for letting me share this x
