Hello, I hope you're well!

As a small business I have always tried to be as flexible as possible and I appreciate how all of my clients are flexible in return.
Unfortunately I am experiencing more occasions where people aren't showing for their appointments or are cancelling/ rearranging at the last minute. This has a massive financial impact on me as I am such a small business.

Moving forward I am going to have to introduce a cancellation policy and I hope that you can all appreciate why I need to do this.

I will require at least 48hrs notice if you wish to cancel/rearrange your appointment without charge. If I receive between 24 and 48 hours notice I will charge 50% of the groom price but anything less than 24hours I will need to charge 100% of the groom price as it does not give me long enough to fill the space. The same will go for missing an appointment, I will have to charge 100% of the groom price.

I will obviously continue to be as flexible as possible as I understand times are busy and difficult!
