Whole Flaxseeds (linseeds) have many uses including flax tea, Telba fitfit, hair gel, and look great in baking, and scattered over salads or muesli but for maximum nutritional benefit flaxseeds should always be ground to a fine powder. Much nicer that way too and it's how our Stone Age ancestors used to eat their flaxseed - and going back then there were no doctors so they really had to understand their food. 🙂
