Hello beautiful people!
I just wanted to make a quick post about timings for bookings now!
I’m extremely busy at the moment so please please can we all make sure we’re on time to our bookings. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not called then your appointment will be cancelled.
The same applies to if you are any more than 5 minutes early please wait outside and call. If I do not answer than please take that as I am busy in another appointment and wait until your allocated time. Every dog has their own time slot and coming late or early disrupts someone else’s appointment.

Hey everyone!
I just wanted to make a quick post to make everyone aware of my ‘no de-matting policy’.
I have a policy that states I will not undergo any form of de-matting on a dog.
As a general rule I will only brush until the dog is no longer comfortable and then I will not carry on.
If I can visibly see severe matting I will advise to shave.
This does mean that if a matted dog is brought to me I will not attempt to brush it as I do not find it humane.
This will always be discussed in the consultation before the groom.
I want every dog that comes to me to be happy and have a pleasant experience and I find this policy very important.

Also I am more than happy to give brushing tutorial videos to anyone who’s struggling to keep the knots away ☺️
