🚨🚨 Announcement

A rather sad announcement this evening for you all. I have come to the difficult decision to close my little business and cease dog walking/pet sitting completely.

My last walking day will be Friday 21st February and after that Tails & Trails will no longer exist.

I am filled with mixed emotions but the next chapter of my life is going to be a very exciting one. I’d like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has supported my little business for the last 18 months in any way and say how grateful I am to have ever lived out this little dream with you all. I’m so grateful for my amazing clients and always will be!

I understand some may have questions etc but please bare with me over the next few weeks whilst I navigate this next chapter 🥰❤️

What a first week back so far 😨

Please bear with me due to the current conditions in Leicester. Majority of roads I use to get to you all are closed and impassable meaning walks are going to be cancelled.

The dogs that are home alone are my main priority and I’m working my best to get to those via alternative routes but I will never risk driving through any flood water or putting my car/self in danger.

I will keep you all updated as the days/week progresses but please be prepared for cancellations and rearranging. These aren’t decisions I make lightly being my only income but they are for safety!

Hope to have better news throughout the rest of the week but please stay safe & my thoughts are with those being evacuated from their businesses and homes!

And that is a wrap on 2024! A special thank you to all of my wonderful clients, I genuinely have the best (biased), for supporting my little business all year and for just being lovely! Thank you for all the cards/lovely messages/gifts etc. too! I’m gonna miss all the dogs over the next two weeks but I am most definitely ready for two weeks off and some shelter from the wind/rain 😂

I’m back for more chaos in the new year but until then a very Merry Christmas to all of you and wishing you nothing but happiness for 2025 🥰🫶🏻🐾

As we go into my last two weeks before Christmas just a few reminders.

🎄I am fully booked for pet sitting so have no further availability this year

🎅🏼 Any remaining outstanding invoices need to be paid promptly to allow time to process admin

🎄Please remember extra time may be taken to get between walks with floods/dangerous driving conditions.

🎅🏼 This is my busiest time of year so please be patient with me for post walk updates or getting back to queries. If there is anything urgent you will know straight away.

🎄I am off from Friday 20th December returning Thursday 2nd January. My phone will be off during this period also.

I’m looking forward to spending the next two weeks with your fur babies & Santa Paws may also be on his way 🎅🏼

After going through dates for next year I have now reopened my overnight pet sitting diary for 2025. I have EXTREMELY limited availability; April, May, July, August, November & December are all at complete full capacity already! 🤯

Pet sitting is only open to existing clients now as a result of overwhelming popularity.

So if you are hoping to get dates booked in for ANY duration, best to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

As always, thank you for your ongoing support and keeping me so, so busy. I am extremely grateful 💕🐾
