Good morning beautiful people.. As it's payday for many, and just 9 days until i attempt the Great North Run, here's the link again if you'd like to donate to my fundraising efforts for Bishoo Auckland based animal shelter, Deliverance , run by the amazing force of nature that is Christine Kipling and her brilliant team of helpers.

In case anyone is interested in how my GNR training is going..i am definitely not a natural runner🤦🏼‍♀️ but I'm digging deep and I'm getting there😇 special mention to all the nice people who stop at junctions to let runners cross the road..
And as always, my strength to keep going comes from Christine Kipling and her incredible, superhuman efforts to save animals in need. That's real strength, day in, day out. I take my hat off to her, and all the amazing volunteers at Deliverance .

So proud to say I'm doing the Great North Run this year in aid of Deliverance Deliverance fundraising
I'm not a natural runner and this is a real challenge for me.. If you've ever thought, 'ooh, i couldn't do that' please consider sending a £1 donation over as moral support, and if you're one of the rock stars who's previously completed the GNR, i applaud you. But again, please feel free to donate a £1 if you're able. And, maybe if I've ever made you smile, or you just think I'm an ok person...a £1 would be great😉
Every penny raised will be going directly to the Deliverance vet account at Wilson's vets.

My mam is so lush 🩷 I've been away on holiday so she's been looking after Kayleigh and Luna for me at my house, when i came back she'd made me this card, with a mug to go with it. I love the mug but the card and poem are absolute magic 🥰
Backstory is that a few months ago i made a gallery for the cat to look at while she's eating her food, and my mam found this quite amusing 😅

The poem reads:
'Many people ponder how to entertain their cat,
Should they simply sit and chat?
Entertain them with a silly hat? (Dominic😅)
Provide them with a bit of string,
Or perhaps that sort of thing?
Offer them some catnip treats,
Or other things they like to eat,
Cuddle them up really tight,
While we watch Dr Who in fright (Kayleigh)
Groom and pat them on their head,
Then offer them our comfy bed,
However.
You (Vicky) have gone beyond and above, to treat the cat you truly love (Luna)
An art gallery you've installed for her,
So she can sit and look and purr (As if!)

Notes for context.. Dom sometimes puts daft hats on, i usually send my mam a photo. Kayleigh loves Dr Who, and Luna is a rescue who never really learned how to purr loudly, but sometimes does a very quiet wheeze 🩷

Just found this on my camera roll and thought some of you might appreciate it..I made Luna Louise a small art gallery in her dining area. Not sure how impressed she is with it, but me and Kayleigh were both very taken with the whimsy of it all 😅

Hello my lovely followers.. Me and Miss Luna Louise have a big favour to ask 🩷
Purr Friday is expanding! I'm in a lucky position where I can now offer more appointments for cat and small animal holiday visits, and dog walkies 🥰 diary is open, please keep me in mind when you book your summer holidays, or if you just need someone to look in over a long weekend. House looking after, curtains, picking up post, plant watering etc included as part of the service 🥰
As a result, I would be over the moon if you could share this post, or the page, and maybe add a comment to the share to extend the post reach? Past and present clients, it would be great if you could also say something you like about my services 🩷

I walk these two handsome boys twice a week 💙🩵 this was them on today's walk, i love that they look serious in the first photo, and smiling in the second one 😍
Everyone knows cats are my speciality, but I love all animals, and there's no doubt that dogs do something very positive and special for the mental health of the humans who are lucky enough to be loved by them 🩷
So this is just a reminder that I'm available for dog walks, i have a couple of permanent slots available but am also happy to fill in on an ad hoc basis if needs be 🙂
