Puppy introduction the most important first time appointment your puppy will have .. to make it as stress free as possible. That 45 mins or so having a bath drying and tidying nails and ears ..
Barney absolutely smashed it today .. ❤️

Carrie the spaniel and scrumpy the Ukrainian rescue ..
Margaret has done an amazing job wirh scrumpy ..
We really did not know how she would be today as she has been so nervous and frightened of everything,
today was her first experience at the groomers and with her pal Carrie who is super chilled out and my two furry Colleagues helping to make her feel relaxed

Lilly and Zara.. Two of the hardest working staff at the salon . They turn up on time everyday.. they work harder than anyone else here .. you might see them snoozing or occasionally lift there head from time to time when there is a treat on the go … but these girls are worth there salary and more.. there biggest job is to make any frightened nervous new dogs that come to the shop feel relaxed with there kind gentle ways .. it works every time ..🐕my little work buddies ❤️
