A polite reminder that this time of year is a very busy time for myself and other dog groomers with people waiting for cancellations and having to wait two weeks for a grooming appointment with me I would appreciate if people could let me know at least 24 hours before so I can allow others to have an appointment. From January the 1st I will require a 50% non refundable deposit on booking your dog into my diary. I am sorry I have to do this but with having so many appointments cancelled and missed I have no option.
