Busy weekend of yard work and mobile livery.
These two just had simple feed and turnout, but still an important job 🐴
Chicken Run 🐔
Putting the girls to bed this evening 😴
2 days ago I was doing yard work and these little guys were still in the nest, now they are out and learning to fly 🐦
How about this for camouflage 😯
Whilst poo picking I thought that's a funny looking poo 💩 On closer inspection, turns out to be a rabbit. Think there was another 💩😬 when I turned off the camera and it ran off 🤣🤣
Plenty of poo picking over the last few weeks. My arm feels like it's going to fall off soon 🤣
Some little helpers, or maybe not when they tip the nearly full barrow over 🙈😭
After what feels like forever ⏳ these two are finally back together after Floraidh has been on her holidays 🏖
They were straight back to being the best of friends 💙❤
The beauty that is Blair 🤩
While his owners were away for a few days recently, Blair come to stay with me. Enjoying the last of the sun on our evening walks and a quick dip to cool down.
He is an absolute gentleman and very good company 💙
🏖 Holiday Cover 🏖
I have recently been lucky enough to have these guys in my care ❤
Whilst their owner was away for a few days I came into care for the dogs, feed and walk them. Lots of happy wagging tails and cuddles 💕
Mucking out, poo picking, feeding along with turnout/bring in for the horses. Also of course overall check of them.
They have been a pleasure to look after for a few days 🤩
Simple but essential visits 🐴
MJ, Pixie and Tinkerbell have been receiving morning visits from my myself on the odd day here and there over the last few weeks when their owner has needed a hand.
⭐hay put into their feeder
⭐overall check of the ponies
⭐check supply of clean water
Additional play / affection is on the ponies terms 🤣
📌Holiday Cover 📖
Last week one of my clients that I do yard work for went away for a family holiday, and while they were away I extended my services to help out.
🧹 I did a few days of work on the yard including my normal routine of putting horses out into the fields, mucking out, doing feeds etc.
🐴 My extension of services were staying in the house which ment I was onsite overnight and I was able to do the late night checks on the horses before bed.
🐕 I also looked after the 2 dogs, getting them out for walks and feeding them, topped off with lots of cuddles and play.
🐈 The rarely seen cat that enjoyed petting when she did appear at feeding times. I also rode one of the horses to keep him ticking over whilst they were away too.
📩 Please feel free to message any enquiries and I will get back to you ❤
Morning scratches with the ponies today 🥰
A visit to MJ, Pixie and Tinkerbell to check on them in the field, give them hay and check the water 💧
Heading to my last job today and this guys just casually walking along the road 🦚
At least he was walking on the right side 🤣
Amazing what I see when I'm out and about 😊
Once again here I am telling you all how much I love my wee business ❤
I appreciate all of my clients and the online support 🙌
Never a dull day here at EquiPaws, always a different job to be done. So on one of my yard days I jumped in the tractor 🚜 and off I popped to harrow a field 😁 tunes on and away I go, maybe I might be back in time to roll it too 😂
Olly and Mylo are back after a short break, and what a great walk we had. Nice and relaxed, lots of sniffing and the sun came out too, which was amazing 🌤🥰
Pixie, MJ & Tinkerbell
These little girls have been on a combination of mobile livery and turnout only recently whilst their owner needed a bit of extra help.
We have between us manage to arrange days where I do everything on mobile livery and days when I just pop them put in the field in the morning for their owner to come up at night to see to them.
They all have great personalities, I shouldn't have a favourite but I do 🤫 one of the girls just melts my heart ♥ she is super sweet.
🐣🐰🥚
Happy Easter
Have a Cracking day 🤣
This morning I thought.... how long will it last. Well we got to lunchtime 🌧🤦♀️

Behind the scenes of EquiPaws
Last night I went along to a talk about Cushings, Laminitis and Equine Metabolic Syndrome (EMS)
It was a very interesting evening, I knew a bit about these issues so going along last night just gave me a more in depth understanding of the causes, symptoms and preventative actions that can occur and be taken.
It's funny when you start to hear the vets talk about certain things, that it then triggers your thought process about things you have seen in the past and you can peace together why these issues appear.
Early starts and late finishes this weekend. It's a busy weekend of yard work and mobile livery. Nice to see the dry weather and light mornings/nights finally getting here 🙌
