A message to all our loyal and lovely customers. We have spent the last week contacting as many of you as possible to let you know that we will be closing our doors permanently on the 31/10 🎃 if you have an appointment booked before then and don’t hear from us please do still come along. 🐾

The decision hasn’t been an easy one after so many years but the time has come for me to concentrate on my young family.

Amber has full access to the client list and if she decides to return to grooming she will be in touch 🥰

But for now thank you for all the years of support, it means the world to us.

Good evening everyone. We hope you’re all well and enjoying your pups! As most of you will be aware with a new year comes an increase to our bills. This year our bills have increased alongside wage rises too. We must take this into account going forward to continue to provide the best service possible.

From April our price increases will be £2-£5 per dog. 🐕

The price increase will depend on how often your dog receives his/her groom, the amount of work required on the groom, eg dog behaviour, matting, coat length ect. This increase is at the groomers discretion.

🛑 **Polite notice ** 🛑

Please be aware I won’t be back to work till August this year, the reason being I am still on maternity leave. Due to this we do have less availability than usual as we are down to one groomer and a bather only.

I am fortunate enough to have two Brilliant and capable members of staff who have kept my business running smoothly whilst I’m off. They only can do so many dogs a day between them, this keeps our canine customers safe and happy in their environment. I would really appreciate customers baring this in mind when booking their appointments and addressing staff at the parlour.

Im saddened to learn that not all our customers have been as understanding to the changed circumstances in the parlour. 😔
Please be kind. We don’t appreciate additional pressures or any form of abuse to staff, we are still trying our best to accommodate as many customers as possible.

🐾 Polite Notice 🐾

As most of you are now aware, Kay has began her maternity leave and we are therefore a groomer down with only Amber and Suranne working in the salon.

Although we would love to accommodate all of your dogs for Christmas 2023, this is just physically not possible, and we have done our very best to fit you all in. Our 2024 diary is beginning to fill up very fast for our regular clients.

If you would like to make an appointment, the easiest way is to call the salon. Please be kind and also bare in mind that the phone will be answered and calls will be returned at our earliest convenience.
Our main priority is to give our full attention and service to the dogs within the salon.

Please note that grooming times may vary due to the volume of work so we ask you to please be patient with us.

If you reach the voicemail, feel free to leave a message stating the dogs name and a contact number and we will get back to you ASAP.

We are doing our best to continue to provide the service you all love, until we have Kay back after her maternity leave next year.
