Quick question…. How would you feel if you turned up for your 8 hour shift at work and was then told you wouldn’t be paid for 1.5hrs of it? 🤔 Not too happy I expect.
Thats what I had today… as I had someone cancel with very late notice, which meant I didn’t have time to find anyone to fill it.

Going forwards I am going to have to be more strict on charging for these appointments. Luckily it doesn’t happen very often 🤞🏻🐾🐾🐾

One of our regulars Copper came in for her usual groom today, she’s getting old now but goes out with a spring in her step. Shula - gsd likes to sing when she’s being groomed but she’s a good girl. 💕💕💕

🐾🐾Announcement 🐾🐾 I’m having another shoulder surgery on 6th January 2023. Which means I will be unable to groom for at least 8 weeks. Ruth and Dannah will still be working and keeping the salon running, but this means they won’t be able to groom as many dogs as we normally do in a week. So it’s advisable to book ahead for your grooming appointments to avoid disappointment. 🐾🐾🐾
