It is with great sadness that we announce the recent passing of one of the owners of Fold Hill Foods, James Grant. Our deepest condolences to his family and friends, he will be greatly missed by us all.

Although his funeral will be a private affair, with close family and friends in attendance, a memorial will be held on the 12th December at 1pm at Old Leake church, Boston, for those who wish to pay their respects.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive, the Marketing Administrator will support and be involved in a range of marketing administrative activities to ensure for the smooth running of sales and marketing activities and customer services, as well as helping to organise consumer events/exhibitions and ad hoc project work as required.

Happy Dogs in Yellow Day! We celebrated on Friday with a ‘wear it yellow’ day to help raise awareness for why owners dress their dogs in yellow.

Did you know, owners who dress their dog in yellow are telling the world their dog needs time and space to get to know new people? This allows the dog the time it needs to gain confidence while out and about.

All funds raised for ‘Wear it Yellow’ and yellow-themed goodies will be donated to German Shepherd Rescue Elite.

We are pleased to report that Ted, our Guide Dog puppy, has now entered the next stage of his puppy training. After two years of intensive training with the Guide Dogs, this now marks the final stage to potentially becoming a life-changing guide. Following extensive testing and independent expert analysis, the Food Standards Agency (FSA) has not identified a causative link between pancytopenia and the cat food products recalled on a precautionary basis by Fold Hill Foods.

We understand the investigation will continue to investigate other potential causes of the pancytopenia cases, including non-feed related causes, with a multi-agency approach. As no causative link has been identified, Fold Hill Foods is working with its local authority to resume production of the three recalled brands.

As cat owners ourselves, we fully understand how upsetting and stressful this ongoing situation is and that an urgent need remains to establish why there has been an increase in cases of Pancytopenia in the UK.
