Due to my husband Barry dying last year ,I am sorry to say that the auction will will no longer be on.

We are in constant discussion with the auction hall's rep's and although they have NO OBJECTION to us using the hall, they are in agreement with us that, whilst the ruling is no more than 30 peoples inside + distancing + masking it is not financially viable to start auctions at this present time. We have to pay for the hall and staffing plus maybe extra staff for cleaning toilets and such, this amounts to over 100£ to run a session.
We are desperate to continue but as you may appreciate, not just yet. As things change we will keep you all informed. Until then, KEEP WELL AND SAFE, REGARDS FROM, Hazel and Barry.

Hi people, we have not been in touch recently because of the Covid 19 situation and the problems it has inflicted on our planet. Now as far as we are concerned, as soon as the authorities allow group's of people to be in a room together and as soon as the owners of our venue agree, WE WILL RESTART THE AUCTIONS FOR YOU ALL. Until such time, keep well, keep safe and remain positive.

With regret I have to inform all our loyal customers that the Auction will NOT take place this month due to my forthcoming surgery, it has been suggested that I will not be fit enough due to surgery 48 hrs prior. It is our intention that the March Auction WILL take place.

THE AIM OF AUCTION JUNKIES.

WE LOVE AUCTIONS. We also enjoy the friendly banter that you get when a group of like minded people gather together. We believe in community, and wanted to share our love of auctions with the people of Skegness and surrounding villages, it was like an obsession with us, like a drug of life, and so arose AUCTION JUNKIES.

AUCTION JUNKIES are no different from other local auctions in and around this part of Lincolnshire, we have a small core of regular people who attend our monthly events, we offer refreshments/free access/child friendly/dog friendly and wheelchair access to all our patrons, our main aim is that you get value for the money you spend at the auction, we try NOT to sell any item unfit for purpose. We do stress at the start of our sale that everything is ‘sold as seen’, we encourage new vendors to contact us if they wish to enter items for the sale, our only stipulation is that, if there is a fault with any item, please make us aware of it so that customers can judge for themselves if they wish to purchase said item.

Thank you for considering attending our events, be assured that you may enter the venue as customers but we will endeavour to get you to leave as friends.
