• WE REQUIRE 7 DAYS CANCELLATION NOTICE.

FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN FULL BOARDING FEES BEING CHARGED.

• IN THE EVENT THAT YOU CHOOSE TO COLLECT YOUR CAT BEFORE YOUR CONFIRMED DEPARTURE DATE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL PERIOD OF YOUR BOOKING.

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT OUT OF HOURS ARRIVALS OR COLLECTIONS; WE ADHERE STRICTLY TO OUR OPENING HOURS. NO ACCEPT IONS.

• ANY PETS NOT COLLECTED ON TIME WILL INCUR A DAILY CHARGE OF £20 PER

DAY ADDED TO YOUR BOOKING FEE.

• ALL CHARGES ARE DAILY AND START ON AND INCLUDE THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.

• ALL CHARGES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE REMOVAL OF YOUR PET/S UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

• WE MUST SEE AN UP TO DATE COPY OF YOUR CATS VACCINATION CERTIFICATE UPON ARRIVAL AT KINGS CATTERY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CATS WITHOUT THIS.

• PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CAT HAS BEEN TREATED FOR FLEAS AND WORMED BEFORE STAYING AT KINGS CATTERY.

• IT IS CONFIRMED BY THE OWNER THAT THEIR PET/S ARE IN FIT AND SOUND CONDITION.

• IN THE EVENT OF ILLNESS AND/OR INJURY, A VET MAYBE CALLED IN AND ALL COSTS INCURRED WILL BE AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE.

• IT IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT WHILST EVERY CARE AND ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO YOUR PET/S IT IS LEFT AT THE OWNERS RISK.

• PLEASE NOTE WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CASH OR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS.

• IN THE EVENT OF NO PAYMENT BEING RECEIVED AFTER SIX WEEKS OF BOARDING, UNLESS SPECIFIC ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE, WE SHALL CONSIDER THE ANIMAL/S TO HAVE BEEN ABANDONED AND RE HOME THEM.

• ALL CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

• OUR STAFF CAN GIVE MEDICATION BUT IT IS AT THE OWNERS RISK.

• WHILST EVERY EFFORT IS MADE TO HOUSE YOUR PET/S IN THE SIZE PEN YOU REQUEST, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ALLOCATE PENS AS THEY DEEM APPROPRIATE.

• YOU MAY BRING ITEMS OF FOOD, BEDDING AND TOYS ETC FOR YOUR PETS PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR CONDITION OR SAFE RETURN.

• WE NEED A UK CONTACT WHILST YOU ARE AWAY THAT CAN MAKE DECISIONS ABOUT YOUR PET/S ON YOUR BEHALF. IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE WE RECOMMEND NOMINATING YOUR VET.

• IT IS AGREED THAT PETS FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD BEING HOUSED TOGETHER MAY NEED TO BE SEPARATED AT OUR DISCRETION TO PREVENT INJURY FROM FIGHTING OR MEDICAL REASONS WITH THE ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER.

• CATS MUST BE TRANSPORTED IN A SECURE AND COMFORTABLE CARRIER. WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CATS THAT ESCAPE CARRIERS BEFORE ENTERING KINGS CATTERY. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION ON THESE TERMS

Hi all at Kings, it’s Colin
The black cat from Red Rose
I left today but loved my stay
My love for your cattery grows

Not only do you spoil me with wet food
I have biscuits on the side
My coat it shines like armour
Well as a cat I thrive on pride

The moggie neighbours next to my pen
I recognise from the street
They’re so friendly and delightful
My stay was an absolute treat

You’re really all so kind
Your staff are sublime
I feel sad when I leave your pad
Can’t wait for the next time

I’ve been busy since I left you
Patrolling on my patch
I’ve chased a squirrel down from the Wirral
To keep my road up to scratch

I’m really not aggressive
I’m just a very happy old cat 🐈‍⬛
When I leave Kings I meow and sing 🎶
Cos I can’t wait to come back

Good morning all at Kings 👑
I’m Colin the resident cat 🐈‍⬛
I’ve just stayed for three days
I was not one bit fazed
To you all, I tip my hat 🎩 🐈‍⬛

A lovely clean bed to snuggle
My room was two storeys high
With its own little ramp
So I could see who's in camp
It was sad when I said my goodbyes

I’m now back out on the street.....
Keeping an eye on my road
I so loved my stay
And will be back soon some day
To King's, my favourite abode

Thank you for everything
The pleasure has been all mine
I played with my mouse
In my two-storey house
My stay has been simply divine

Good morning everyone,

Unfortunately our phone lines have been experiencing some technical issues.

We are busy making essential improvements to our cattery.
Whilst this is happening there may be some disruption and extra noise which unfortunately is unavoidable.
We will endeavour to keep this to a minimum and keep your cats as happy and comfortable as possible.
