Virgin media sucks, expensive and not getting the speeds i was paying for so I got out of my contract and went to Lila connect, their cheapest broadband £25 250mbs. Download speed and amazing how fast upload not that that matters to me.

Selling my beloved cervelo s3 2020, I've owned this for 18mnths now it's time for a change, full ultegra mechanical groupeset with kmc xel gold chain and elites lightest carbon 50mm clinchers 1450 grams, there's a few scratches around the bb from a chain drop issue I had, a scratch on the left chainstay from overshoes and some marks under the top tube from storage
I'm also giving the stock wheels dt Swiss 1800 spline the shimano chain for spare and my hjc helmet that coordinates perfectly.

My stepson or ex stepson George marden, had a bad fall at work and is in southmead hospital with a head injury, he's doing ok but reminds me of what I put my parents through all those years ago back in 1998, wishing him all the best but

Christmas day, I suffered an epileptic fit or just a fit, i need to have tests to find out what caused it, it was a very stressful situation with my tweenage son hopefully it'll be left at that. Door frame 1 my head 0.
