Going away is always hard when dogs are elderly & have severe health complications but if every scenario is discussed with openness & clarity then I’m still happy to offer my services & care.

With patience & tenderness I’m happy to administer various medications, adhere to specific feeding & exercise routines & clean up when accidents inevitably occur.

This beautiful weeks crew were Spock & Jethro the cats, aged but robust Merlin the goldie & beautiful Lucy the springador who sadly has weakened back legs & lymphoma, but who I told was THE most beautiful girl in the world every day 💓

While Pedro the cat contemplates his recent arrest for shoplifting from the kitchen island (you’ll see his home detention tag) Rosie & I have been enjoying the broad blue skies of Harrow lodge Park, watching the swans take flight & attempting to catch squirrels as they focus on unwrapping their secret Santa gifts.

Boys ate rations, supplemented with a spider (which they found on the skirting board ) Then, at 8.07 a.m both boys slowly crept to the edge of the trench & on hearing the signal they went “over the top” & into enemy territory.
