“Yesterday, I found this little guy shivering on the street. He was all alone and scared, and my heart ached for him. I knew right away that I had to bring him home.

Last night, he barely made a peep. Curled up in a tiny ball on the floor, he seemed lost and unsure. But this morning, I woke up to the most heartwarming sight. He was sprawled out on the bed, fast asleep, his little chest rising and falling peacefully. A contented sigh escaped his snout, and his tail thumped gently against the mattress in a happy dream.

In that moment, I knew he finally felt safe. He knew he wasn't alone anymore. He had found his forever home, and the love and warmth he craved. It was a beautiful sight, and a reminder of the unconditional love that dogs bring into our lives.”

Here's to the colony feeders and good Samaritans who venture out every morning -- and sometimes every night as well -- to care for community cats, holiday or no holiday! They are out seven days a week in all kinds of weather to ensure the cats are fed and comfortable and many forego vacations to ensure their charges don't miss a meal. So we have so EXCELLENT news today, finally! - Nero’s blood-work and UA came back excellent with the exception of some mild crystals & some small mild elevations in globulin which we will monitor.

That’s a relief and can be monitored with our regular vet - once we find one

Remember Arnold? With the TERRIBLE eye injury and he had to have his eye removed?

He’s gone home today…. Not just with anyone, but his owner who lost him seven years ago!! 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 We finally traced them! He is now going to be an indoor cat, and is going to be spoilt rotten.

So so happy 😀
