About Us
The Canine Canine Clip Joint has an enviable reputation for reliable, friendly and caring quality of grooming that is so often overlooked in many larger establishments. You'll find our rates are reasonable and competitive and therefore offer excellent value for a truly professional service. At the Canine Clip Joint we work hard to establish a long term trust with your furry friend. Each
dog is groomed on a personal one to one basis and only dogs that live together are allowed to mix. It's so important to them that they feel relaxed and look forward to their regular groom. Once registered with the Canine Clip Joint you will receive regular scheduled timely reminders to bring your furry friend in for their next groom. We understand that the unexpected can happen so we always aim to accommodate a change of grooming appointment should it be necessary. Our Location
The Canine Clip Joint is long established business, built entirely on recommendation from loving pet owners in and around it's convenient location on Carden Hill. Parking is free and frequently available at the kerbside. Facilities
Our recently refurbished grooming parlour offers a clean, well lit, spacious, and sterile environment. Our Bathing, shower and drying facilities are specious gentle and caring. All grooming tools are regularly sterilised and of course, fresh dry towels for each and every dog, always. At the Canine Clip Joint we only use top quality shampoos and conditioners suitable to each dog’s particular needs, smooth virtually silent clippers and gentle hair dryers. Health and Safety
Your dog's well being is paramount and we are constantly observant to hopefully spot any potential health issues and will always advise you should we feel there is cause for concern. Such health issues could encompass sore or inflamed ears extra runny eyes and skin issues. We will always advise you should we feel veterinary advice should be sought. To ensure that any potential stress is kept to a minimum, grooming table dog restraints, only if really needed, are kept to an absolute minimum. We ensure we keep up to date on new procedures and advice. With is in mind I do not pluck ear hair as this practice can cause inflammation and bacterial growth. Instead the hair is always clipped close around the entrance to the ear. In addition dog groomers are no longer recommended to express a**l glands as repeated evacuation can cause soft tissue trauma so we always advise the client to see the vet as it may not be a gland problem. Please feel free to contact me on 07821237960 regarding any advice or questions that may arise before or after the grooming of your furry family member. I am dedicated to offer you and your dog the best service at all levels at all times. Judith Winton your furry friends favourite dog groomer.
