Oakley first came to me extremely nervous and traumatised by previous negative experiences. We have taken things very slowly, allowing Oakley to set the pace and learn to trust again. He is on a 4 weekly grooming schedule to ensure these positive experiences are frequently reinforced.
He has made such amazing progress. He now comes bounding into the salon to greet me with kisses and it brings a tear to my eye. Sweet little Izzy hardly gets a look in these days as Oakley wants me all to himself 🤣🐾

Fleur, always has a little grumble when her paws are trimmed and still not keen on any of the dryers so sometimes goes home a little damp. She is such a gentle , soppy girl.
