The VetChef Kitchen is now serving freshly cooked food for your dog from our Brimscombe hub.
Collect fresh or freshly frozen packs 9-1 Monday to Saturday and we're open until 3 pm today.

We’ve arrived!

In just a few days time, we’ll be opening our doors to you and your furry friends.
For freshly cooked, complete, and healthy meals for your dogs with VetChef’s carefully crafted supplements.

As the kitchen continues to evolve, join us for a doggy weigh-in and the option to tailor meals to your dog’s individual needs with advice from our experts.

The Yap Room will follow in the coming weeks as we open our doors to more dog experts, canine product crafters, and as many canine carers as we can fit through the door!

We’re serving food from Wednesday, 18th October. You can purchase freshly cooked meals for your fridge or freezer in handy compostable packs or refillable containers.

They’re raising money in aid of the Cheltenham Animal Shelter who have been rescuing animals for almost 100 years! (Check out their website, they always have dogs looking for a loving home.) Cheltenham Animal Shelter

All who enter a class will get a goodie bag as well as a lovely day out!

Our founder, Joe Inglis is a Vet and Pet Nutrition Expert with over 27 years of extensive experience in the field.
He knows better than most the importance of good nutrition for the wellbeing of your dog, their longevity, and quality of life.

With many years of research and practice under his belt, in addition to current research into the canine microbiome, he is igniting changes to the way we think about feeding our dogs and the way their food is sourced and produced.

The Stroud Dog food Kitchen will locally source and freshly prepare your dog's meals.
We'll carefully retain as many of the active compounds including essential vitamins and minerals as possible, whilst cooking it just enough to ensure that any harmful bacteria is eliminated.

The Kitchen is motivated to reduce food miles, decreasing your dog's paw-print whilst eliminating the use of unnecessary plastics and reducing waste.

IN ADDITION, we are committed to creating a community hub for dog companions and experts in the field in our on-site and online 'Yap Room' so that we can grow your community and share best practices in care for your animals.

The building work is underway! After months of planning, designing and general pencil chewing, it's amazing to see the Stroud Dog Food Kitchen starting to take shape.
This is the timber frame that will form the kitchen area, allowing us to create a human-grade cooking space to produce amazing fresh meals for local pooches.
Next on the project plan are plumbing and electrics first fix, followed by cladding the walls and ceiling - and then we're on to the really exciting stuff as we start to fill the space with all the equipment we'll need to turn locally-sourced ingredients into delicious dinners for dogs. Watch this space!
