To all our members please note agility for January will only be two class on 4 and 11th January. Back to normal from 1 February for classes. Please also note session are now £10.00 payable on 1st of each month to reserve your space.

Very competitive in our 9-10 pm class and great fun again everyone won a clear round rosette and the speed round was won by Sue and Pip but the overall fastest dog of the night is Elizabeth and Blu well done everyone 👍🐾🐶

Great night at our Xmas Fun agility party enjoyed by everyone. Fancy dress was outstanding this year. Everyone won a clear round rosette and the speed round was won by Bonnie and Sonny 17.25 sec well done and best fancy dress was joint winners Fran and Lucy and Caroline and Susie for our 7-8 pm class. AGILITY4DOGS – CHRISTMAS PARTY AND CHRISTMAS BREAK

We then break for Xmas and restart on Thursday 4th January 2024. Unfortunately, we will need to increase our class price to £10.00 per session in January payable the 1st of each month. Holidays will be honoured.

Fun Dog show has been rearranged on 17 September 2023 held at Science Park, Lyde Green, registration starts approx 11.45 am, lots of lovely prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd, Best In Show, Reserve Best in Show and Best Puppy in Show raising money for Lyde Green Community Association, please come along with your doggies and help support this Charity. Lots of stalls there too.

HOLLY HEDGE FUN DAY - THE FUN DAY IS STILL GOING AHEAD ON 10/9 AT ASHTON COURT BUT THERE WILL JUST BE STALLS, OUR AGILITY DEMO AND 'HAVE A GO' AGILITY IS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF THE HEAT AND WELFARE OF THE DOGS.

Members we will be taking names for volunteers to run with your dogs (all levels of ability) in the demo on this day starting around 11 ish, and of course helpers on the day. If you would like to take part in the agility demo please let Jackie and Eddie know.

Eddie & Jackie Lawrence are the proud owners of Agility4Dogs Fun Club. Eddie has been an experienced qualified agility instructor for the past 25 years working and has successfully competed in KC and UKA competitions all over the southwest. Jackie is also an experienced and qualified trainer and has been involved with agility for the last 15 years, and has also successfully competed in KC & UKA competitions where she met Eddie. She has also taught up to GOLD KC Good Citizen Obedience Award.
Agility can become a real addiction. It's fun, friendly and keeps you and your dog in tip-top shape. Agility can be great for increasing your bond with your dog, your understanding of each other and is great exercise. Our equipment consists of wooden and plastic jumps and aluminium & rubber contact pieces including the ‘A’ Frame, Dog Walk, See Saw, Weaves and tunnels.
We teach your dog to enjoy all the equipment, we never force your dog to do anything and each session is taken at you and your dogs pace. We are happy for you to use treats, praise, toys, and clicker training.
We have all breeds and sizes of dogs on our Agility Courses. Dogs should be 12 months old to be able to jump and weave and have basic recall.
Agility Fun classes for all levels are held on a Thursday eve 7 - 8 pm and 8:00 - 9:00 pm at Clackmill Barn, Keynsham. Cost £7.00 per session and will need to be paid in block monthly bookings. If interested please contact us. Indoor venue. Spaces are limited.
