Horse Health Clinic

Introduction
HHC is a monitoring system designed for owners and vets. The system has been designed to allow owners to monitor their horses and improve their animal’s wellbeing. Once you have joined the free system you will input various details surrounding your animal which will allow you to monitor its development through different programmes designed specifically for your an

imal, this includes diets and exercise programmes. Alongside the weight system you will have access to superior tools, including vaccinations and worming reminders. The aim of the system is to allow owners to be involved in the development of their horses with advice from their vets if desired, or just to use tracking systems that allow for simple monitoring
On setting up your profile and your animals profiles you are presented with the option to select a vet or request your vet to join. This allows for reports to be generated and sent directly to your vet for review to get their opinion and recommendation of improving your horses health. Information Sheets
Once you are an active member you will have access to our online resources that provides owners with information sheets on hot topics and animals wellbeing including colic and laminitis. The sheets provide a large amount of information on how to monitor and keep your animal healthy. Setup – Horse Profile
The online system allows for owners to log on and update details and measurements about their animal. Follow the straight forward instructions about how to measure your animal using a weigh tape and update this on to the system. Once you have updated the information a graph will be produced where you can see how the animal has improved. photos can be uploaded to see the visual difference during the diets and exercise regimes. By using a crest scoring system that allows for grading of a horse from malnourished through to obese. Our users have the ability to monitor their animal without bias by following our clear instructions. Planning - Diet & Exercise
The exercise and diet is the key to your animal’s wellbeing. Once the initial measurements have been taken we recommend speaking with your vet and getting an exercise plan produced. Your vet has the ability to upload everything through the HHC system. An in-house option is also available if you do not have a regular vet. This can then be uploaded and entered into the system, then followed for the duration of the plan. Measurement can be taken daily / weekly / bi weekly or however often the owner wishes to do so. By working closely with you vet and HHC you will be able to improve your horses wellbeing. Results – Graphing
HHC provides clear and understandable results from the measurements entered. All owners receive graphical data of how the animal’s dimensions have changed. This graphing system means that you can see percentage changes of what the diets / exercise impact your animals
Speak with your vet or with your HHC representative if you have not selected your vet to get recommendation on how to proceed with your animal to maximise its health. News
Articles will be prepared on up to date topics for our members to read through and keep up to date on the latest advice from vets and specialists to assist in the development in your horses profiles.
