As much as we love seeing your dogs during the day please be aware of how harmful this heatwave can be, just like us they can get heat stroke too!

To keep them cool;

-Restrict exercise
-Never leave in car, hot room or sun trap
-Ensure drinking water and shaded spot is always available
-Walk early in the morning or late in evening
-Spray with cool water

Steps to take if you’re worried your dog has heat stroke;

-Move somewhere cool
-Offer small amounts of tepid water
-Soak the hair coat with cool (but never, ever cold) running water
-Place in breeze of a fan
-Contact your vet or out of hours vet immediately

Please be extra careful in this heat with your dogs, we have plenty of cooling and iced treats to help keep them cool!

Don’t forget your pups this heatwave!🌞

We stock dog ice cream in Vanilla and Mint, perfect for keeping your dog’s temperature down before, during or after a walk!

Dogs regulate body temperature by panting and releasing heat through their paws and nose but they cannot sweat. Please be extra careful in the heat with your dog, just like humans they can suffer from heatstroke also!

We also stock body cooling vests, cooling mats and bandanas and various toys that you can freeze to help too. Stay safe in the heat!☀️

Corgi celebration time has arrived.

Our opening hours are as follows:

Lady Wednesday of 1st 9am-5pmness
Countess Friday and her 2nd day of June period ranging 11am-2pm
Their Royal Highness of Friday reigning on the 3rd day from 11am-2pm
And normal service resumes as your dear doggy subjects Saturday, 9-5pm
