2..3…4…Sing with me “if you go down to the field today, you’re sure of a big surprise”…..today’s the day you’ll find a very pretty random patch of yellow/red flowers right in the middle of the field.

I don’t know how this has happened!?!? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’d like to take full credit of course. Thing1 is just as curious? He thinks I’m a magician and I’m not going to tell him otherwise!!!!

Get to see it quick before Mr Mower 🚜 comes visiting……..

I think I’m getting really ‘good’ at thinking of ways to make you want to book……!!! Barrel and scraping come to mind 😘😘😜😜

Cheap labour alert!!! Well aren’t we meant to use our own children when we can?!? 🪏🪚

He got a can of coke and a burger and he was happy before anyone thinks of calling social services!!!

Don’t look too closely, some nettles may well have been missed!

Lots of lovely cold water available and the paddle pool for dogs to cool off in - sadly our ‘winter lake’ has dried out…….

I’d recommend booking the field sooner rather than later if you want to see them……. 😜.

Even I was wondering how I was going to link pretty flowers to bookings…… 🤯😉. Seamless, yes??!!

I’m going to treat myself to a G&T later for that tenuous but some ‘might’ say genius bit of marketing. 😂😭🫣🍸

😳🫣🥴 Throuple Time! Thing1 is looking at me a little baffled and confused. In all honestly I was too busy laughing to offer her any words of wisdom.

It was like a sitcom, I turned round to be confronted with this ‘action shot’ at the field. All hip movements were admirable - to be honest, I was jealous, these days I groan getting out of a chair!

To be clear, no dogs were harmed and no puppy’s will be expected!! Not sure what paternity test we’d have used…….

I did say on the last post we don’t judge here at Happy Sniffers. 🏳️‍🌈 I didn’t think a week later it would be dogs I’d be referencing!

Introducing the ‘alternative’ six nations event!!! 🏉🏉 😬

Are you sad that the men’s rugby has finished?? Are you wondering ‘what happens to old rugby balls’??? - probably not….but give me a break to create a tenuous link!!!!😉.

Please don’t attempt any conversions at the field - ball throwing for dogs only!!

Donated by a wonderful rugby coach and her ladies team after her doggy had to have an emergency operation. I gave her some free slots for the biggest softest pooch to have safe recovery and alone time at the field. Kindness is free and rewarding.

Some like small balls, some like bigger ones and some don’t like any at all…… and we don’t discriminate at Happy Sniffers!!!! 😘😜 🏳️‍🌈

Ladies Six Nations starts next week you can still get your rugby fix!

🎾🎾. This time I’ve written Happy Sniffers on them all as the last lot all disappeared in 48hrs!! Including the ball thrower…….🤷🏻‍♀️😖🤯😬. You’ll find the in the bucket with the umbrellas.

How lovely of The Golden Fleece Circuit to give us their leftover balls as a thank you for us buying all the water bowls for every checkpoint last week. If you entered I was on Checkpoint 4 feeding and watering you! A fabulous event held now for 13 yrs that is a fundraising event for our South Cave Scout Groups. Always amused to be thanked when people are running or walking the 15 miles as if we are doing the hard part. Tickles me every time! As for the nutters (!) that choose to do the 27 miles route…… truly impressive.

Wait til you see another update coming soon for different balls that have been donated to Happy Sniffers!! Whoop whoop.

It’s like an Eastenders ‘Duff duff teaser……..’!!
