Wow it's been HOT 🔥

We've had a lovely few days with the beautiful Busy. She's been spoilt with frozen licki mats, pupsickles and a butcher bone as well as joining in on our video calls and having a splash in our doggy pool!

We're always sad to see her go but know that it won't be long before she's back again! 🥰

Last week we were away in Scotland on holiday.

We took our pup to Loch Lomond and the Nevis Range and she was a very spoilt in one of the b&bs we stayed at Torlinnhe Guest House. They gave her her own bed, bowls, and a gift bag with some treats and a brand new ball in.

Now we're back home and ready for a week with Willow the Golden Retriever.

Another busy weekend for us! On Saturday the little person baked over 300 dog biscuits to sell at the RAD Dog Show, Sunday these 2 beautiful boys arrived for the week and then we spent the day at the dog show where Dillon the Black Lab won 'Golden Oldie', our dog's sister and mum won 'Best Trick' and our pups buddy Atlas won 'Best Puppy'. Monday was a fairly relaxed day for all the dogs as they were exhausted from the show and today it's back to our normal routine of being in the office all day. The dogs will have a nice run around the garden this morning and get a nice chew to have in the study while we work and then go for a big walk at lunchtime and hopefully have an afternoon nap.

What a lovely day we've had for Ruby's first birthday 🥳

We started the day with some dog training over at the RAD Agility Centre, then a trip to Pets Corner and finally a birthday party for the special girl.

She's been thoroughly spoilt and is now very tired after all the excitement 😴

What a busy weekend we've had at Main Street Mutts & Pups; Peanut the GSP arrived yesterday for a long holiday stay and today we went to Rothley Court Hotel to support RAD Assistance Dogs the amazing charity that support with training our own dog Ruby to be an assistance dog. At the fete Peanut was shortlisted for waggiest tail and our lovely friends pup Harley came second in one of the shows, after travelling all the way from Essex to see us 🥰

Having a trial night with 2 beautiful boys that want to come and stay in September. They arrived around 4pm and you'd think they'd been here for days not hours! Definitely making themselves at home which is what we love to see. Our little boy even read them a bedtime story 🥰🐾

What a busy few weeks we've had here at Main Street Mutts & Pups and we've forgotten to post the pictures of your lovely dogs!

Getting back into the routine of it all now: this weekend we had a great trial stay with the gorgeous Peanut and now can't wait to have her back in July 🥰 it didn't take her long to take over the house and our hearts.

Having a busy day with Bernese Mountain Dogs at the Mutts & Pups house. We have the fluffy Teddy staying with us this weekend. We also have builders renovating our garage so we have a lovely annexe for my parents to live in.

Wow, what a busy weekend! Can't believe its Sunday evening already.

We started the weekend with a mad clear up of the garage before work starts on our annexe, then a wonderful meet & greet with the beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog, Teddy on Saturday.

Today bouncy Bugsy the Dalmation arrived for the night so after a play in the garden we went to our favourite pet shop and stocked up on yummy treats for the dogs ready for their day in the office with us tomorrow.

Having a very quiet day in the office with just our pup today. It's the first day in such a long time that it's only been 1 human and 1 dog at home in the office and Ruby is missing her playmates.

We can't wait for our next boarder to arrive at the weekend.

Having the privilege to be able to work from home means the pups that stay with us also get to chill out in our study with super yummy treats on work days. Today it was a cows ear for each dog from .

Whichever dogs we look after always prefer someone else's bed...Busy prefers Ruby's pallet bed and Ruby prefers Busy's purple blanket.

Making the most of the sunshine today. We've been for a run around the local playing field and a walk around Pets Corner in Dobbies followed by a run around the garden so now we have 2 very tired pups 😴

This week we have double trouble with 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs in the house. Absolutely love this breed, Busy has only been here for an hour and a half and already they're both snoring their heads off beside each other.

Today Poppy the French Bulldog goes back home after 3 nights with us. She definitely made herself at home while she was with us 🥰🐾

After a great week it's time to say Goodbye to Willow the beautiful Golden Retriever and hello to little miss Poppy the French Bulldog.

Willow and Ruby have adjusted so well to office dog life with each other and have even been caught sharing kisses. Can't wait to have Willow back with us again soon.

We don't usually have more than one household at a time but due to an emergency situation we have a crossover of a few hours. We slowly introduced the girls to each other, over the baby gate first and then one at a time with the newcomer. We then took them for a good walk to tire them out so that when we came home they were all ready for a sleep.

Dogs struggle to settle with each other to start with so we have Poppy having a nap with one of us in the living room and the other 2 in the office in their usual spots. Once they're all well rested we'll give them another play session in the garden.
