It was truly an honour to be able to be there for you through this journey of finding the perfect resting place for Socs ❤️ such a treasured and beautiful urn. Watching over you as he always did from his special place with his special friend and toys ❤️🌸💫🐾.

“We found Ally & Trusted Pet Friends many years ago, when they were first setting up their amazing service. Since, we have taken all our lost fur babies to them & each & every time we have received so much compassion & comfort from Ally & her team. Our wishes are always carried out & our precious pets treated with such beautiful care & respect.
On 6th March we had to say our forever goodbyes to our beautiful Socs. He came into our lives as a rescue with his Mum, sister & brothers, aged just 10 days old & for nearly six years we loved him & he loved us back. He was the most loving, gentle cat, always seeking out our company & always our little, playful shadow. We never imagined that we would lose him so young, shortly after a dreadful diagnosis. We were utterly heart broken to let him go but it was the last act of love we could show him, knowing he would never get better.
We have entrusted 13 of
our beloved pets to Trusted Pets & so we knew Socs would go to Ally & her team for his final journey. We wanted something very specific for our special boy to come home to us in, an urn depicting a tuxedo cat. I searched & searched but could only find an artist in America who made what I wanted. I showed Ally & asked for her advice & guidance. From that moment Ally, the angel she is, ensured we were able to have the urn we so wanted, liaised with the artist, relaying our wishes & taking care of the entire process for us.
Yesterday Ally brought our precious Socs home & for the first time we saw his purrsonalised little urn, painted to resemble him. It is so beautiful & has brought us so much comfort, at a time of loss & grief.
Ally, I already knew you & your team were exceptional but truly you went above & beyond for us, to ensure we were able to honour our Socs in the way we wished. Thank you will never be enough but please know we appreciate you, your hard work, love & kindness so much.
Our Socs is now resting in one of his favourite viewing spots, on top of our cabinet & we feel a true sense of peace & comfort.
Rest well now baby boy. We shall honour & love you for ever precious Socs. You were taken far too soon but goodness the years we did have were so special. “
