As today is one of the hottest days of the year I have put together the top 8 most critical tips to keep your pet safe and happy during these hot months 🐾🐶 As the summer sun blazes, it's essential to ensure the safety and well-being of our beloved four-legged companions. Dogs can easily overheat in hot weather, leading to heatstroke, dehydration, or paw pad burns. Here are some crucial tips to keep your pup safe and happy during the scorching months: 1. Hydration is Key: Always provide plenty of fresh, cool water for your dog. Carry a portable water bowl when you're out and about to keep them well-hydrated. 2. Avoid Midday Walks: The sun is at its strongest during midday. Opt for early morning or late evening walks when temperatures are lower.
