Merry Christmas from Sussex House Call Vets! As per our obligations as your provider, we are here for you over the Christmas period, just as you can call 24/7 at any other time of year. All I ask is that you keep the chocolate, raisins, macadamia nuts, onion, garlic, chewing gum, any fatty or rich foods- basically anything other than their normal food 😂 - away from prying noses! Labradors I’m looking at you 👀

Emergency situations are generally: difficulty breathing, profuse bleeding, seizures lasting more than a minute or two, bloating in big dogs or straining to urinate in male cats.
