Nice 1 2 1 with Bella the Welsh springer spaniel today. She's a lovely dog very to quick learn, she worked really hard and I think I'm a little bit smitten with this girly ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

So two visits with Hudson this week. We worked on front paws on a placeboard, I will teach him his back feet as well and we worked on him dropping his toy as well. I have so much fun with this boy ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hudson had another visit today and we did some training out in the sunshine. He worked really hard and then we had some cuddles. He's such a lovely boy I really enjoy our time together ❤️

Sometimes it takes a little bit longer. Dogs aren't robots. When Rex and I started out, i couldn't get him off the sofa in his home or put on his headcollar. His owners had to do it. Out on our walk I didn't exist I was just there on the end of the lead and no way would he take food or even look at me.
Now we are here. He jumps off his sofa for me and sits nice while I put his headcollar on ( he's very patient with me I put it on upside down twice today before I got it right 🙈😂🤣)
On our walks we are connected so much more and today he didn't do any crazy lunging. His recall is coming on and he's focused on me. I finally exist! He will take food and ask for food by nudging my pocket and he works for me off the lead. He will do allsorts of behaviours when I ask and when he wants my attention.
Rex isn't a cuddly spaniel not by a long shot and I never over handle him which he appreciates. He gives me affection in his own little ways.
We understand each other and he's worth every second of the hard work we have put in so far.
I won't ever rush a dog or be asked by an owner to rush a dog. Pushing and forcing a dog goes against everything I believe.
Positive reinforcement is the only way I will ever work with a dog. And patience and understanding is key

Absolutely brilliant 1 2 1 with this big lad today. He walked nice and calmly on the main road and his heelwork was beautiful. He also coped with walking behind a dog at a nice comfy distance for him and for the other dog. He coped with the pelican crossings and lots of traffic. Hard work pays off! All these things have been a problem for him. He's getting there ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Although we need to have a chat about getting on the kitchen table don't we Luckie? 🤣😂

Want a mobile electrican then this is your man. I called him Monday and he was here right on time on Tues. Brilliant service. Heating restored in my van and a new lighter socket fitted. He worked round me and work and is such a lovely guy. Highly recommend and will be using him again for any other electrical faults that may occur

Had a fabulous 1 2 1 with this lad today. He's a different dog to when we first started.
No reactions at all today and only a bin on its side spooked him. He was scared of everything but now he wants to explore everything. Even my van which when we started he wouldn't even look at.
Saw two dogs and no reactions.
Much better on the lead now. Love him to bits. We got this luckie 💪❤️❤️🐾🐾🐾

I have been crazy busy just lately. Walking dogs and every spare minute training my own dogs. Today Hype passed her Kennel club good citizen gold award and we have been training really hard for our gundog grades that we take next week.
Training my own dogs to a high standard is really important for me.
Good job Hype!

As a result of all our extra training I am no longer working on Wednesdays. This is now the day I dedicate to working with my own dogs.
So now I only do 6 days a week not 7 anymore.
We all need day off right?

Chilling with this big guy on his 1 2 1 training walk today. Luckie is a little under confident environmentally and reactive around other dogs but he's coming along so well. Here he was sitting and watching other dogs play off lead and never batted an eyelid. He's still only a puppy and I'm supporting him with things he worries about.
He's a big loveable goofball and I love spending time with him and seeing him shape up to be a cracking dog.

Duas best friend Hudson is back out on his walks. I have missed this lad. And the greeting that I got at the front door this morning I think he's missed me to. We had big snuggles this morning. Hudson is my biggest cuddle monster. We love him ❤️

So little Dua started school yesterday at WaggaWuffins Canine College
She was fabulous ❤️❤️❤️
I get asked a lot for recommendations for various dog things but this is the only place I will ever recommend for training classes. Dytto and Hype have gone there from being tiny puppies and still attend classes now. Hype did a class last night after Dua. Dytto did gundog this morning.
I will never recommend anywhere unless I know first hand how good it is. I never recommend on hearsay alone.

Luckee and Jim have been grafting really hard with me working on his recall and manners around other dogs. Jim wants to be able to have a chilled out walk and working on these things together makes my job as his walker a whole lot easier. Put the hard work in and we all benefit. These guys were incredible last night and both have made big strides and are working as a team. I'm dead proud 😀😀😀❤️❤️❤️❤️💪🐾🐾🐾🐾

Just a quick hello. Hope you are all staying safe and enjoying the sun. Walks have been changed around a lot this week to keep everyone as cool as possible. Sometimes that means me working in the evenings and that is fine. Whatever is needed x
So just a quick note to say that so far I am managing not to put any prices up and I am grafting hard for that not to happen. Times are hard for everyone but I'm doing my level best to keep from anything changing. I don't do this job to make massive profit I do it because I love dogs.
I have limited walking spaces available. If you need your dogs walking then me and these two will be happy to do it. Just get in touch.

Had my pug crew booked in this morning and then an hour with gorgeous Ruby working on her recall. Busy day tomorrow. When's my next day off 🙈😂🤣😂🤣 I have no idea what one of those is! But I hang out with gorgeous dogs 7 days a week so it's all good ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ooooh hes handsome 😍 Rex swam for the first time tonight and it's safe to say he loved it! To warm for Rex this afternoon so we went out tonight. His focus was on point tonight! For me flexibility is key so walking in the evening is always an option and Rex had a blast x not many walkers will dog walk on a Friday night but we do here. Dogs come first ❤️🐾🐾🐾🐾
