Hi all just a bit of advice regarding dog coats , if you would like to keep your dog dry on winter walks the best coats to get are non fleecy waterproof type, fleecy coats like equafleece will cause a dogs fur to get matted quite quickly unless short haired !! This normally results in having to shave the coat and start again . The equa fleece summer suit is a much better option as it’s a lighter material and waterproof and doesn’t rub on the coat causing matting (dogs don’t get cold on walks so they don’t need a thick fleece) also an all in one nylon suit is a good option that won’t cause matting.
