CANCELLATIONS
Please give a minimum of 48 hrs notice for cancellations where possible, I understand sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. I try to help minimise forgotten appointments by reminding by text, but it is still your responsibility to remember and attend your appointment. This along with payment in advance for your next appointment will be required before another appointment can be made.
