Apologies for the delay in posting. For the first time in 10yrs my body has put me on hold. I'm back to work now after a really rough start to 2025. Sometimes i choose to forget that I'm supposed to be chronically ill, because I rule it not it ruling my life.
Occasionally we have to take time to recharge.
As riders we ensure our Equine partners have the best conditions, bodywork sessions, dental care, massage pads, beds fit for kings, the best dietary requirements and I could go on. But do we deliver self care with as much passion?
Looking after you is also doing the best thing for our partners as we are more balanced fitter calmer pilots
