Just a little note to say I have taken multiple enquiries the last few days, mostly for new clients, some for existing. I have a number of new meet and greets booked in so if you are considering a holiday and you want your dog to board with us I’d suggest booking asap to avoid disappointment. Never underestimate the power of kind words or deeds! Only a few years ago my confidence had been blown to pieces, self - esteem minimised to nothing and I shut the door on people I had truly considered friends. A Buddy for Hire has not only been the growth of a business but it’s also been the growth of me. Never did I expect to build a business from nothing, let alone a successful one with a never ending list of people who praise me, tell me they appreciate me and show me they’re grateful for what I do. A very vulnerable post but also a worthwhile one that says, don’t give up, never let anyone else put you down and straighten that god damn crown and remember who you are! 🩵

Our holidays are coming to an end! We’ve had a lovely break but can’t wait for some normality back with our gang! Group walks start back up on Monday, we still have regular spaces available Mondays if anyone would like to join us on the Buddy Bus! Just a reminder that boarding this year has changed slightly, boarding dogs will no longer join regular group walks, they will now be walked separately (with the exception of regulars, they will retain their specific days on walks). My phone has not stopped ringing today and although this is ordinarily great for business in this instance it’s all for boarding over Christmas and New Year. So just in case you were wondering, I don’t board over Christmas and from the 27th has been fully booked for about a year 🙈 I’ve already got a booking for New Year 2025! If you are enquiring as a new client meet and greet comes first, then an overnight trial before I’ll accept bookings. You’ll also need to provide proof of vaccinations, including the kennel cough vaccine and also, proof of a vet prescribed flea and wormer being regularly given. Thanks! 🙏🏼

We are having a complete switch off for Christmas, including enquiries and socials! Walks and daycare recommence on 6th January but we will be welcoming boarders back from the 27th December - we are however, fully booked until next year. After almost two weeks of Zeus I’ve come to realise this means “Hurry up love, I need a wee!” 😂 He also likes to tell us off when we get home from being out. He has been such a good boy, so full of character, with a sprinkling of craziness. It’s home time for him tomorrow and the house is going to all of a sudden feel very dull! 🩵🩵
