Here we have seven month old Yorkshire Terrier/Biewer Terrier cross, Luna! This was Luna's first groom and she did so well! She tolerated the dryer as long as she could have a cuddle (which I loved too on a Monday morning!). We did some very light clipping on her ears, side of face, under chin area and bottoms of paws and the rest was just a bit of sc******ng to remove some tiny mats and tidy around the edges. We clipped claws on both front paws and she was such a good girl. She was very scared to begin with, but with gentle direction, loads of praise and some Bruno Mars in the background, she was very compliant. Looking forward to seeing you again, Luna and gently gaining your trust. Thanks sweet girl 🐾❤️

Trixie the Shihtzu came for a full groom today. Trixie has had a bit of a difficult time of it lately as she was left with a local dog walker who was asked to find her a new home. Trixie landed on her paws though and now has a super loving new owner. Wishing you all the best in your new forever home sweet girl. Thanks for being such a good little girl for me today 🐾❤️

Here we have little puppy, Nova. This is Nova's second time with me, but she is much more nervous of being groomed now she is a bit older. We tried our best but Nova is very reactive at the moment and it just isn't worth the risk trying to attain perfection sometimes. Much better for Nova that she left uninjured and that we didn't drag out the groom for too long. Lots more desensitisation work needed for Nova but given time, when she is older and a little bit more sure of herself, I am confident that she will begin to trust the grooming processes. Well done Nova, you are only a little baby and were very brave today! 🐾❤️

Mitzy came for another full groom. Unfortunately, she was quite matted again, so I had to shave her right down but she will be feeling so much better now, although might need a new Christmas jumper to keep her warm! Mitzy has now been booked back in for eight weeks time, to ensure that she isn't stuck dealing with uncomfortable mats again. See you soon sweetheart ❤️ 🐾

Duchess came for a groom today and was so very brave! A few mats around her back end but nothing too bad and she needed a good shave down of her 'bib' area. Doesn't she look beautiful?! Thanks for being so good for your nail trim sweetie, I could tell you hated it but were so good regardless! Hope to see you again lovely girl ❤️🐾

Duke came for a bath, mat removal and good old clip down and he looks so much better and definitely more comfortable too. Duke had a back problem called IVDD, so no lifting up on his back legs because I was very mindful of his long body and very short little legs. Duke, you are clearly a nervous pup, but you were such a very good boy for me. Thanks for putting up with everything little chap! Hope to see you again darling 🐾❤️
