Hi guys, sorry for the slightly long video but I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of our policy’s when it comes to returns and refunds.
As you know all of our Nose Bagz products are handmade to order and we do not hold stock. The only reason a product would be made is because it has been ordered by the customer. You guys choose the the size and colour and as there are so many options we only make once ordered. With this in mind once lovely Lena has your order it will not be able to be cancelled.
If a hay feeder (nose bagz product) ever arrives to you and is damaged in transit please let us know straight away and will of course replace the item for you.
Any products once used that have damage will require a picture in situ and returned to us for inspection. It is really important to us that our products are inspected my our machinist to understand whether the damage is caused by the horse/pony or if it is a manufacturing fault. As with all products made for animals they cannot be indestructible.
If you know your horse/pony has damaged your product we do offer repairs at a very small cost so please do get in touch.
