New Year is fast approaching, and we want to let you know our first Carers’ hubs of the year will be next week!

On Tuesday 2nd Jan we have our Penrith Hub at The George Hotel from 10.30am to 12pm.
On Thursday 4th Jan we have our Carlisle Hub at Newcastle Building Society from 10.30am to 12pm and a drop-in session from 2pm to 4pm at Carlisle Library.

We can’t wait to hear about what you have been doing over the festive period 😊

As tempting as it can be, feeding your pet tidbits over the festive period can make them ill ⚠️

Aside from over-feeding your pet, some foods can be toxic. Here are some of the foods to avoid sharing:

🔹Chocolate and sweets
🔹Christmas pudding
🔹Christmas cake and mince pies
🔹Macadamia nuts
🔹Bones
🔹Fatty food
🔹Onion - including in gravy and stuffing
🔹Alcohol
