4 on the Battlefields this week, an invaluable part of learning for the students to see the sacrifice made by so many. WW1 tours to Belgium and France have been operated by Bibby's since 1987 so we have taken a few school children in that time, well over 20,000 we reckon!
"We will remember them" and help others to do the same.

Look who called into our yard yesterday for a visit. Bibby's of Ingleton Ltd are like ourselves a family run coach operator based in North Yorkshire in the UK. They are currently on tour in Donegal and called in yesterday for a quick hello. Their meticulously kept fleet with its distintive livery are a familiar sight in the UK so nice to see them in our home territory. As it happens we have a tour based in Yorkshire next month so we might return the favor🚌🟠🔵😀

Sad news to report as we said goodbye last week to one of our former drivers, Ray Winn. Starting work for Fred Bibby in the early 60's and working on and off for 30 years into the 90's. A real friend to Peter and colleagues over the years and Ray had a lovely manner with all his passengers. Ray travelled everywhere over the years and it is said rarely used a map! He loved Scotland though and that was his favourite destination.
Ray will be sorely missed by the Bibby family and staff. Rest in peace Ray "The Godfather"

Coach Rally report:

Chris turned in 2 great runs on Saturday and Sunday and came away with the Runner Up Trophy to UK Coach Driver Of The Year. He was pipped to the title by this man below! Mr Rob Weston of FR Willets Coaches from the Forest Of Dean who was competing in his very first Coach Rally and had received lots of advice from Chris during the week as they were already pals on the road.
Brilliant win Rob, many congratulations 👍🏆

We are getting ready for the UK Coach Rally in Blackpool this weekend. Here is a photo from 1987 (we think!) with Malcolm Stephenson claiming another title. The usual celebrations afterwards on Sunday evening at the Marton Arms was a tradition back then. Best of luck to team Bibby's this weekend!
