☘️Why Fell Forage Won’t Be at the Rabbit Festival This Year🌼

We wanted to take a moment to let you all know that we won’t be attending the Rabbit Festival this year. Last year, we had the privilege of running a stall for both Estuary Small Animal Rescue and Fell Forage, but unfortunately, the costs this time around are simply too high for rescues and small businesses.

With stall fees, van hire, fuel, accommodation, and food, attending the event has become financially unfeasible for us.
The festival’s extended opening hours and rigid departure times also make logistics even more difficult, and last year’s loading and unloading experience at the same venue was far from smooth.

Another important reason for our decision is solidarity. Many rescues simply can’t afford to attend, and the rising costs have made it feel as though small businesses and rescues are being pushed out. We stand with our fellow rescues and small businesses who are facing these challenges.

However, we don’t want our wonderful customers to miss out! To make it up to you, we’ll be doing something exciting on the weekend of the festival—so stay tuned for more details!

While we’re sad not to be there in person, we’re still here for you and your small animals! You can always find our natural forages online at www.fellforage.co.uk, and we’d love to hear from you.

It's often been said that Neil Armstrong was the first person to ever set foot on the moon. Well, according to the new evidence we've acquired in this photo, he was actually beaten by mere minutes by Flight Commander Fluffles, and Lieutenant Snowdrop (taking the picture).

They then had to rerecord the moon landing back on Earth because they couldn't find a way to film without having the rabbit's flag in the background.
