Becky went straight into Foster with Tracey (the fairy dog mother) we call her😇
Becky was unbelievably shut down and petrified. She wouldn't go near a soul, growled at them if they came anywhere near🥺
God knows what has happened to her, but that's all behind her.
With love, patience, and time, Becky is thriving💕
Tracey (fostermum) in just 10 weeks has given her all shes needed to reach this point and she's a completely different dog.
She's ready to go into her forever home, Becky still has a way to go so will need a house with no children or other pets as she will need time to settle in a calm environment with her people who are willing to give this girl the life she needs🥰

after being with us for 3 months on foster, she's finally going to her forever home today. It's going to be very strange here without her. Me and Josh have absolutely fallen in love. but her life is only just beginning, she's come so far since she first entered @The Rescue Hotel CDH and she's a completely different dog now, we are having her back in March for 9 days which will be so lush to see her🥰
but for now, good luck, my gorgeous crazy little girl. You've truly taken a piece of my heart with you.
I always have to remind myself when their going that I let them go so I can help another, and she deserves more than I can give her, I was just a little help along the way.

This girl Ember is one of the ex @therescuehotelcdh residents, who made me absolutely fall in love with walking dogs. She's settled into her forever home and is living her best life after waiting patiently for 6 months in the kennels.

Not so much dog walking related but a little bit more about me,
I'm also a foster mum for Cardiff Dogs Home, The Rescue Hotel, I've had 5 fosters and the previous 4 are all living their best lives in their forever homes now❤️😊
This is missie who we've had on Foster with us for over a month now, she was in the dogs home for months before that.
She came to the home in such a state, no fur from flea infestations, skin and bones, completely shut down and super stressed.
Fast forward 3 months and Missie is a different dog who is looking for her forever home still.
how Missie doesn't get literally any interest I'll never know, the only interest she did have pulled out.
blows my mind as she's the most sweetest little staffie, she's been through so much and deserves the world.
she needs a pet and child free home to thrive in life ✨️😌
