Let’s talk about it - LIFE HAPPENS and as your groomer it is not my job to judge, it is simply to get your pooch back to happy, healthy & clean. Floss had quite the transformation due to some overgrowth and matting. When matting occurs, it is always safer and kinder to shave and start again. Fur grows back 🤍✨
