Hi,

Due to Christmas being my busiest time of year, all clients will need to pay a 50% deposit at least 2 day prior to their pre-booked appointment. This is as I have already had a few last minute appointments cancelled this coming week which I will struggle to fill as I have had to turn clients away already.

Should you cancel or need to change your appt anytime after receiving your text reminder the following fees apply

Day before groom = 50% fee
Day of the groom = Full payment of booked services including any extras
