Morning all

Just a heads up I am not too well and feeling pretty rough

I managed to get through yesterday but think it’s set me back as feel worse today

I WILL be with every dog today and WILL walk every dog today however I may need to make todays walks slightly shorter just to enable me to get through to each dog on each walk

I can’t remember ever taking a day ‘off sick’ and won’t do so now however if anybody on Tuesday walks would like to change to Friday pls message me to do so

I will of course make up any time if walks are cut sort today - obviously this is my last resort and I’ll do my best to keep to an hour but will have to play it by ear

Ok , ok , ok I know we are still in December, however trying to be organised and looking ahead to the festive season and working days

My last working day will be Friday 22nd December, I will then be working Weds 27th - Fri 29th December returning on Weds January 3rd 2024

If anybody would like extra walks during December please let me know and I’ll always do my best to fit you in 🙏

Welcome to my new followers - thank you for your support 🙏

A little intro about me to those of you who are new to my page

I’m Kate I live in Cheltenham and have 2 beautiful daughters Mollie 17 and Hettie 12 💕💕

My little side kick is Max the cockapoo who joins me on most of my walks 🐶

Back in April 2019 I launched Pittville Paws 🐾

Sadly as we all know not too long after we all experienced a global pandemic, however, we kept going and thankfully made it out the other side thanks to my wonderful , loyal customers 🙏

I’ve always had a huge love of animals having grown up with dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, fish and even ducks

I studied Business and Finance at UCE Birmingham this led me to various jobs working in the offices at UCAS, CTFC, Kraft Foods , Recruitment and finally settling into accounts

After having my daughters I decided to be a ‘stay at home mum’ and left my career- fast forward 10 years (that’s a long maternity leave 😂) as my daughters were getting older I felt the time was right to follow my dream and set up a dog walking business - swapping an office for a field was the best decision ever and I’ve never looked back - I’m immensely proud of the business I have built so far and have exciting plans for the future of PP

When I’m not working or spending time with my family I enjoy seeing friends, going to concerts, theatre, music events ,cooking, shopping , being outdoors & exploring but most of all travel

So that’s pretty much me in a nutshell

🐾 - Did you know we offer earlier walks (7am start) for those that work shifts or just prefer an early walk for their dogs

First walk with his big sister today went brilliantly

I’d love to show you a great photo of how cute this one is but truth is I couldn’t get one as he was far too excited to stay still for 3 seconds and was far too busy making friends so this is the best of a bad bunch 😂

Maybe next time 🤔😂🤷‍♀️

The temperature looks set be be high this week

I will use my judgement as to if it’s safe to walk or not - if so I will try and bring as many walks as possible earlier - obviously I cannot get all walks done early as I cannot walk all dogs at once - if it’s too hot too walk I will do drop in garden visits / let outs in needed

The walks will always be in shady areas , no pavements (only grass) with the option to swim , I will have plenty of water in the van and on me during walks - walks will be cut short if too hot

Obviously dog safety is paramount and I will always put their safety and well being ahead of my weekly income

I hope all this makes sense - any questions please ask
