We are so excited for the 8 fun-filled, jam-packed sessions ahead. Our Spring Term runs from Sunday 6th March until Sunday 8th May. There are no sessions on Sunday 10th April or Sunday 17th April due to the Easter Half Term.

Although lockdown has been tough in lots of different ways, we're sure your cats are loving unlimited human attention! Ours sure are 🥰 We can't wait to visit your pets (not forgetting the rabbits & guinea pigs etc!) again soon whenever it's safe & BoJo allows your trips to go ahead.

Tips for keeping your cats cool in this heat 💙

Extras from us:
- Keep up with grooming if possible. Daily brushing keeps mats away, these trap body heat so they’re definitely best off without them! Most cats won’t mind your brushing their coat with a cool, moist towel either.
- Avoid car trips.
- If they eat wet meat, add a little bit of water to increase their fluid intake.
- Let them play with ice cubes! (On a hard surface). Although be mindful to run them through a bit of water first, to get them past that sticky stage as they may damage the cat’s tongue.
- Cooling mats, ice packs in their beds, or dampening a small towel and putting it in the freezer for a couple of hours before putting it in their bed.

⚠️ Remember to contact your vet with any concerns. Watch for signs of over-heating, including heavy panting and loss of energy. If you recognise these signs, encourage your cat to have a drink. Signs of heatstroke include collapse, excessive panting, and dribbling. If you suspect your cat is suffering, move them to a cool place, preferably with a draught, wet their coat and contact a vet immediately. Avoid overcooling by using cool, not freezing, water. ⚠️

⭐️ Supporting Local Business ⭐️

We have so much planned for your children this summer, we can't wait to see you all there!
Enjoy different themes each day of the week and spin our mystery wheel at the end of each session for fun challenges, prizes, games, but watch out... the wheel could land on a forfeit!

'Move it!' Monday: First day of the week we will be burning off that Saturday night takeaway with some activities to improve fitness and strength. We will also enjoy some fun games, obstacle courses and more. Preparing us for the week ahead.

Trojan Tuesday: We will enjoy some of our favourite activities from Tag Trojans and also include other ball sports such as football, tennis, netball etc. We will try to learn new skills and finish off by hitting the big sausage bags (or by giving them a big hug).

Wacky Wednesday: Come as your favourite superhero, animal, celebrity, Tag Trojan Coach, Character. The coaches will be dressing up too! A whole session of mixed-sports, music and more... it's going to be a party!

Teamwork Thursday: Lets put the skills we have learnt in the week to practice. We will play games and competitions of the sports we have taken part in throughout the week.

Fun Friday: Lets finish the week with a big water fight! water pistols, water guns, water balloons, as much water as you need to drench your friends and coaches. There will be some fun challenges throughout the session too.

Looking for something fun for your kids to do this summer?! Whilst keeping health and safety as a priority, and running in accordance with government guidance, Tag Trojans UK is offering the opportunity for children to learn new skills and have fun with daily one-hour sessions ALL summer! 🤩

WE ARE BACK THIS SUMMER!🤩
We are so pleased to announce that on the 13th July we will be returning with a jam-packed, exciting sports camp all Summer long for Reception to Year 3 children!

Following recent government guidance and the easing of lockdown restrictions, we are able to re-open with appropriate measures in place to ensure children's health and safety. It is essential that your children exercise daily, especially after our long period of lockdown. So, we are offering 1 hour sessions each day during the Summer holidays which will include a mixture of sports and activities that have been tailored to maintain social distancing and reduce contact.

We have spent the past week planning how we can safely run this camp, whilst allowing your children to have the same amount of fun and laughter as our normal sessions and camps. You can trust that each session will be thoroughly planned in accordance with current Covid-19 guidance. Our excellent coaching staff are looking forward to seeing you all again and making up for the lost time we've had.

We have put together a small brochure with more information, which we also explain how we will be running this camp safely. There are instructions on how to book using our new ClassForKids system on our website. We are improving our booking process to make it quicker and easier. Lastly we would like to thank you all for your support over this difficult period. Whether you have been taking part in our home challenges, keeping in touch or asking for vouchers instead of refunds. Everyone has come together during this period and I hope we can all come out stronger.

** UPDATE **

Hey everyone!

We are so sorry we've been quiet over the last couple of months. It's been a crazy time for everyone. Mia has been working full-time at the hospital, and Abbey has had an operation, so has been in and out of hospital too. Luckily nothing COVID-19 related!

With regards to visiting - we are constantly awaiting government guidance. But this is our current view on how the next couple of months may go...

** For those who we have provided visiting for before, and we currently hold a key:
We are happy to commence visits again from 4th July 2020. For those of you who we have pencilled in our diary already, we will be contacting you this week to check in.

** For those who we have not provided visiting for before, and therefore we do not currently hold a key:
We are happy to commence initial meetings again from 4th July 2020. We will be wearing face masks to these, but we do not expect you to do the same. We will be emailing our contract over to you. We ask that you please reply to our email stating that you are happy and in agreement with the terms and conditions, instead of printing and signing the form. This will need to be completed before visits commence. We will also collect a key from you when we meet, but will ask you to place it into a plastic bag rather than passing hand-to-hand to avoid physical contact. We hope you understand.

Also - unfortunately our emails ([email protected]) have stopped working. We are in the process of fixing this. We sincerely apologise if we have missed an email from you. Please send any messages via Facebook for now - we will update you when this is fixed!

Is this your cat?

She was caught as a stray near J12 of M5. Shes obviously been a pet as she can be handled and has previously been spayed.
She’s had a bit of a rough time so we have had to have most of her tail amputated.
