The Stirrup Cup, Bisley are taking part in a 12 hours Darts Challenge to Raise money for Macmillan Cancer Charity!

It's happening on Saturday 18th May 12pm - 12am

I am having a Price Increase of £5 per dog from the 1st January 2024!

Due to increase prices of running costs and equipment.

I have also done extensive research within the local area and my prices are quite low compared to what other salons are charging and I am undervaluing myself with my experience.

I hope you all understand. If anyone is struggling please please message me and we can sort something out!

I am very nearly booked up for Christmas, So if you havent already made an appointment, please do do asap!

I have now started my busiest, most stressful time of the year so please help me out.....

🎄 If you can't make your appointment, please let me know atleast 24 hours prior to your appointment so I can fit another client in.

🎄If you need to change your appointment, I will probably not be able to fit you in before the big day, so please don't expect me to easily swap appointment times.

🎄 Please be on time for your appointment, if you are late, I will not be able to groom your dog and you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee which must be paid before your next appointment, this also applies if you don't show up without warning.

🎄 For those of you that I pick up, if there is any chance you can drop your dogs to me and pick them up, that would be very helpful and save me some time, obviously some of you this is not possible so I completely understand.

🎄 I shall be having a price increase from January which I will put a post out about soon.

Hope Everyone is Well!

❗️I've had a lot of messages this week and have fallen a little behind with answering them.
I think I have now messaged you all back, if I've forgotten you, please give me a nudge 😊

❗️The top of the road is closed this week but you can still get through, drive through the road closure sign and turn left into Colesbourne Road and follow it round, you will come out opposite my house.

❗️Next Week......

From the 18th to the 24th Feb the road is going to be closed with NO ACCESS!

Those that are booked in please leave enough time to park at the top of the road ( the park end will be easiest) and walk down, I do still need you to arrive at your appointment times.

Hello Everyone!

I hope you are all ready for Christmas! 🎄

I just wanted to do a post about some small changes next year.

I shall be honest with you all and admit I've lost the Love very slightly with my job so in order to get the love back and enjoy every day again these are the changes I'm making....

❗️Some of you know, I now live 30 minutes away so I shall be starting slightly later and finishing a bit earlier, so with that in mind, my 1st appointment of the day will now be from 8.30am and I'd like to finish by 4/4.30pm everyday so the last appointment will be 2.30/3pm (I may do a slightly later appointment once a week)

This may make it harder to get an appointment so i would recommend block booking.

❗️ I shall be cutting down on doing collections and pickup. I'm sorry to those people that i do collect but it's not good for my Buisness.
For example, if you live 15minutes away, I have to do that 4 times which takes an hour out of my day, to which I can do another dog.
I shall be in touch with all my collections to discuss this further.

❗️ Price increases- I have already put some of your prices up, so those that have gone up since November, your prices will stay the same, but everyone else's I'm afraid will have to go up.
I shall message you all before your appointment to let you know.

❗️ There will now be a 50p charge for using the card machine, I loose a little bit of money everytime someone pays by card.
